Mario and Tanya

Coconut Palm Inn is one of my favorite locations for a Key Largo Wedding. It is a small resort so couple’s don’t have to worry about other random guests walking around during their wedding day. They also have some of the most beautiful Florida Keys sunsets at Coconut Palm Inn.

This was such a beautiful wedding to photograph. They had so many gorgeous details. Tanya and Mario are arborists and included wood details to represent their profession. I just love their wooden save the date.  The flowers that Ever After Event & Floral Design created for this wedding were just breathtaking.

Lovely Backyard Wedding

Brian and Shelby

I completely understand why Brian and Shelby wanted to have their wedding at Shelby’s fathers house in Key Largo. I have lived in the Florida Keys for over 30 years and I am still surprised by amazing properties like this one. This gives a whole new meaning to backyard wedding.

I met with Mark and Jess in the beginning of their wedding planning. We hit it off right from the start. I knew I HAD to photograph this wonderful couple’s wedding and I am so glad I did. They have been wonderful to work with.

Mark and Jess chose La Siesta Resort  for their wedding location. The resort offers some of the amenities of a large resort but the oceanfront bungalow’s location allows for  the intimate feeling you would find at a smaller venue. Of course, Caribbean Catering was amazing. I couldn’t get enough of the potatoes they offered at this wedding!

I know this blog has been lacking for awhile and I am sorry for that. I have been working, but I have had to postpone some of the aspects of work… like blog writing. Why?

Well… I have been busy with this beautiful family of mine…. Thanks Evan Rich Photography for the photos of my family. These were taken in the beginning of 2014.

I also gave birth in September to this sweet son of mine! He was born at our home with my amazing midwife. Thanks to my friend Lisa for capturing this wondrous moment. She is not a photographer but she has a wonderful blog about her journey of holistic health.

I feel like I am starting to resurface so plan to see some posts coming up with some of the weddings I photographed while I was gone.
