The Florida Keys is a popular location for destination weddings. Because I photograph so many destination weddings I do not get to photograph many weddings for locals. When I do, I LOVE it! It’s always fun to actually know some of the guests at the wedding. Carly grew up in the Florida Keys and I actually photographed a few of her friend’s weddings.

Matt and Carly were such a beautiful couple to photograph and their kids were adorable! They choose to have their wedding at the Butterfly Haven Vacation Rental in Islamorada,FL. This was my first time shooting a wedding at this location and hopefully not the last. There is such a sweet little porch that made a great spot for photos. We also had an amazing sunset!
